Zoey

Zoey needed rehoming because she no longer got along with the other dog in the home, with whom she had lived for six years. Her heartbroken former owners contacted NWR for help finding the right new home for her. We feel so grateful to National Wheaten Rescue for their passionate work to make sure we were the right fit for Zoey, and her for us – and to her former owners for their decision to relinquish her in such a responsible, caring way. After loosing our first Wheaten, we weren’t sure we would ever be able to love another dog as much. But, from day one, we knew how precious Zoey was, that we had plenty of love left to give, and we felt like it was meant just for her.
